Whiskey Sour

WHISKEY SOUR

• 2 oz rye whiskey
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Sip and enjoy.
